Dr. Tania Poon is a General Practitioner practicing in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs. She specialises in medical laser acupuncture which can be used to treat many ailments, from hay fever to musculoskeletal complaints.
Meet Tania Poon
Dr. Tania Poon graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine from the University of Melbourne in 1996. After almost a decade of working in private practice and student health services in regional Victoria, Tania returned home to the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, where she currently consults at Vermont Medical Clinic.
Tania has completed a Graduate Certificate in Medical Acupuncture at Monash University and specialises in laser (no needle) acupuncture. She is passionate about preventative health care and continuity of care - she loves getting to know her patients throughout their lives and keeping them independent and healthy.
In her spare time, Dr. Tania Poon enjoys gardening and spending time with her family (including her Schnoodle, Toby).
